Learn how to ganache an 8" cake using a profroster and ice, achieving sharp edges using a Cakes By Carol Sharp Edge Smoother, ice a board and attach the cake to the board, finishing off with a ribbon.

Lunch and refreshments are included and you get to take the cake home!
