It was a rainy day when we pulled up at Middleton lodge to deliver Amy and James'cake, this didn't deter from the beauty of the building and inside we were met with a beautiful rustic, yet elegant room to set the cake up in.
Amy and James has chosen a variation on one of my display designs for 2018.t was a popular year for floral hoops, and wreaths, both real and on cakes so I was really looking forward to executing this design on a real wedding cake. Along with grey marble and watercolour blush on the top tier, the hand made sugar flowers finished this one off beautifully and it took pride of place infront of the iron framed gardens of Middleton lodge.
